Epson launches two all-purpose scanners that provide intelligent imaging technologies at affordable prices. The Epson Perfection V33 and V330 Photo scanners offer 4800 x 9600 dpi resolution and ReadyScan LED technology that enables fast scan speed and eliminates warm-up time. Both models come with this software: ArcSoft Scan-n-Stitch Deluxe and Epson’s Easy Photo Fix software. CanoScan 9000F scans high quality film at speed

Canon announces the CanoScan 9000F, the latest scanner also capable of scanning a range of film transparencies. The new 9000F has evolved from the model 8800F and offers a number of improved features. Pentax introduces the Optio M90, a new lightweight, entry-level, compact digital camera.
