c902 bad flash, help please

hi, i updated my c902 with R3EA038 main and fs western europe.
i had main028 1204-1731
portuguese from portugal
now when i start my phone it allways appears to contact service operator.
can somebody help me please? i want to update my sony ericsson without this error, i don’t mind that phone doesn’t saty in portuguese, i just want the latest/best version.
