c905 housing

i tried looking everywhere but can’t find too much info about changing the housing on the c905. i just ordered the black housing and was wondering if anyone has had any experience/problems/success stories about it. i found a manual in pdf format and its to completely disassemble it. i was either hoping some people can share a somewhat more simple method or ease my worries about opening it from experiences. ive only replaced my k800 housing and that one seemed much more simplistic since it was a candy bar form in comparison to this slider. thanks for any information!
